We have new opportunities for the very best Security Officers to join our Team. We can offer permanent hours at our client site location in Pt Augusta.

On a daily basis you will need to be:
- Liaising effectively with onsite clients, visitors and members of the public
- Checking access cards of onsite personnel, performing gate house duties and receiving deliveries
- Performing drug and alcohol testing procedures
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients
- Prepared to work on a rotating 7 day roster, and be available for back up shifts
- Fulfilling the role and responsibilities of being a Security Officer
- Observing and reporting security incidents
- Completing all reports and registers as required
- Conducting all duties in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with fellow Team Members
- Compliant with Health and Safety requirements, identifying and reporting all hazards and risks, then responding proactively
- Following AG Security Group's policies and procedures, work instructions, standard operating procedures and safety requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must demonstrate that they possess the following:
- Current and valid Security Licence, Driver's Licence, First Aid Certificate and White Card (Construction)
- High level computer/IT literacy and data entry skills
- High standard of professional presentation and personal grooming
- Proven, exceptional interpersonal and people skills
- Reliable personal transport
- Experience to deliver high quality, customer focused security services to our clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive team player and professional attitude
- Reliability, integrity, dedicated work ethic and a genuine commitment to the position
- Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety legislative requirements
- A good level of health and fitness to perform the role effectively
- Availability to work additional rostered shifts (day, afternoon and night), recognising that our organisation is a 24 hour, seven days per week operation

Previous experience working as a Security Officer would be advantageous. Possession of a Certificate III in Security Operations would be desirable, but not essential.
