About the Opportunity
We are looking for talented security professionals to join AG Security Group and help maintain our reputation as an industry leader and provider of quality service.
We currently have openings for Level 4 Security Guard positions.
We seek professional Senior Security Guards who possess the initiative and drive to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. This site operates 24/7, all year round.
Opportunities are available to start immediately.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Operate in a gatehouse environment
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras & associated equipment
- Liaising and delivering exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, employees and members of the public
- Confirming eligibility of persons entering the site as per client and policies
- Use appropriate methods of communication (e.g., radio, phone, logbooks) to report incidents and issues.
- Use computer systems, including Email, Word and Excel, as required
- Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with fellow Team Members
- Compliant with Health and Safety requirements, identifying and reporting all hazards and risks, then responding proactively
- Conduct foot and mobile patrols
- Following AG Security Group's policies and procedures, work instructions, standard operating procedures and safety requirements
About you
To succeed in this role, we would expect you to have the following credentials, capabilities and qualities:
- Current South Australian Security Licence
- Current South Australian Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID0003
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- High attention to detail, organised, reliable and well presented
- Demonstrating a very high level of integrity and honesty
- Positive team player and professional attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal and people skills
- Experience in delivering high-quality, customer-focused security services to our clients
- Experience in monitoring and operating CCTV cameras & associated equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
