Are you a professional, people-oriented Security Officer looking to make a difference in your local community? This is your opportunity to work across a range of customer-facing sites that provide vital services to South Australians.

We are currently seeking experienced, licensed Security Officers to join our team across Adelaide metro and regional South Australia. The role involves providing a calm, visible, and supportive presence at government offices that assist vulnerable members of the community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering static guarding services weekdays, 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
• Acting as a visible deterrent to support staff and customers and de-escalating customer aggression or antisocial behaviour where required.
• Monitoring waiting areas to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Escorting customers from the premises if requested.
• Participating in on-site emergency response procedures.
• Reporting incidents clearly and professionally via written reports.

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are not only capable in their security responsibilities but can also show empathy, discretion, and professionalism. You’ll be representing a critical public-facing service, so a respectful and community-focused approach is essential.

To be successful, you must have:

• A current South Australian Security Licence.
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• A current National Police Clearance.
• A valid South Australian Driver’s Licence.
• A valid Senior First Aid Certificate.
• Physical ability to respond to incidents if required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Full, unlimited rights to work in Australia.
• Access to reliable transportation.
