AG Security Group has been working with the Government of South Australia Department for Education (DfE) for many years.
We commenced delivering Security Officers and Mobile Patrols security services to protect more than 220 education facilities throughout the Adelaide CBD and metropolitan South Australia, in addition to rural and regional areas of the state.
Our Security Officers and Mobile Patrols are agile and aligned. They perform various protective duties at all types of state government education facilities and associated events, respond to alarm activations within strict timeframes, while adapting to changing risk priorities in a 24/7 security environment.
AG Security Group developed a reliable reputation and positive relationship with DfE. Their internal security team soon learned of our technical expertise in electronic and perimeter security along with our Technology Partners, supporting our other government and utility critical infrastructure clients.
Due to our industry leading technical expertise and trusted relationship, AG Security Group were selected to deliver security services for the new DfE SA Schools major school upgrades program.
For this program, we were trusted to deliver integrated security services projects to more than 40 of the largest new SA Schools upgrades across South Australia which incorporated:
- Electronic security including Access Control, Surveillance Cameras, Alarms and Monitoring
- Physical perimeter security including Automated Gates, Bollards, Security Fencing and civil works.
- Security Officers and Mobile Patrols
Due to the unique nature of serving DfE given its diverse accountabilities, AG Security Group also works in collaboration with the Government of South Australian Department of Human Services (DHS), SA Police (SAPOL) and the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT). As these other Departments are also independent clients of AG Security Group, there are mutually beneficial outcomes, efficiencies and value add outcomes that we are able to deliver to all. Working together, we support the safety and security of world-class education and facilities for local South Australians.
